When to choose this
Use a baseline assessment when ownership has changed, a major retrofit is planned, or the facilities team suspects night-time or weekend load that nobody can explain.
Deliverable
A written assessment (typically 12–18 pages) covering load shape highlights, likely causes tied to plant or tenancy notes, and a prioritised list of questions for your contractors. Optional half-day walkthrough of plant rooms is available within Hong Kong.
Duration
Two to three weeks from complete bill set to delivery.
Fee basis
From HK$22,000 for a single tower with complete monthly invoices. Incomplete years or mixed residential-commercial mixed-use are quoted separately.
