Website text, layout, and branding are owned by Sitegardenbase or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without permission. Deliverables under a signed engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in that agreement.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sitegardenbase is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For contracted work, liability limits appear in the engagement letter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any different forum chosen in a signed engagement agreement.
