Engagement
Energy usage dashboard commission
We assemble meter feeds, occupancy notes, and tariff bands into a clear monthly energy picture for one building or a small portfolio.
Request a scoping callWho this is for
Facility managers, property accountants, and ESG coordinators who already collect electricity and chilled-water readings but still struggle to explain month-to-month swings to owners or tenants.
What you receive
- A mapped inventory of meters and submeters for the floors or plant rooms you nominate
- A twelve-month baseline built from utility bills and logger extracts you provide
- A monthly energy ledger that flags anomalies against occupancy and weather notes
- A walkthrough session with your on-site team so they can update the ledger without us
What stays outside the engagement
We do not install hardware, renegotiate utility contracts, or certify green-building ratings. If a meter is missing or inaccurate, we document the gap and propose a practical workaround rather than inventing numbers.
How the work runs
- Scoping call (45–60 minutes) — building type, meter access, reporting audience, and deadline.
- Data intake (1–2 weeks) — bills, BMS exports, floor plans, and tariff schedules.
- Build and review (2–3 weeks) — draft ledger, anomaly rules, and commentary templates.
- Handover — live session plus a short written guide for your staff.
Typical calendar time from signed brief to handover is four to six weeks, depending on how quickly meter extracts arrive.
Location and delivery
Work is coordinated from our North Point office. Site visits in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and selected New Territories estates are included when meter rooms or plant logs need clarifying. Remote review is available for offshore owners who already have a local facilities contact.
Preparation checklist
- Twelve months of electricity (and chilled water, if billed) invoices
- Access credentials or exports for any existing logger or BMS trend
- Occupancy or leasing notes that explain vacant floors or fit-out periods
- One nominated reviewer who can answer tariff and floor questions within two business days
Fees
Starting from HK$48,000 for a single mid-rise commercial building with clear meter coverage. Multi-tower estates and incomplete submetering are quoted after the scoping call.
